VBA PERSEUS

VBA Perseus, known as Percy was caught from the Barmah National Park in 2022. When Percy came to us, he was gelded and aged at around 16 years old. 

Percy was wonderful to train and really loved his trainer Lydia who would have taken him home to New Zealand if we didn’t think that the trip would be too much for this older gelded stallion.

We decided to keep Percy here with us at Brumby Junction forever and he has buddied up with older mare Shiralee (from Bogong) and rescued Stockhorse, Vida. 

Percy and his mares are helping us to raise a group of young fillies – as a previous herd stallion in Barmah, Percy is a wonderful parental figure for his fillies!
