VBA Ranger and VBA Connie

VBA Ranger and VBA Connie are both from Kosciuszko National Park.  

Ranger was caught as a 10 year old in 2013 and Connie as a 7 year old in 2016. 

Ranger has had some training but is upper sensitive and really struggled to adjust to domestic life. 

When Connie arrived with us, sweet, gentle and otherwise very suitable for rehoming but with a fatty lump on her abdomen, we decided not to rehome her. 

We just knew that she would be a great pair for Ranger and they hit it off right away. Connie's quiet confidence has helped sweet Ranger to be so much braver here and together this pair has helped us settle in many recently caught wild Brumbies over the years! 

Now aged at around 21 and 15 years old, this gentle pair continue to thrive and engage with visitors to our sanctuary.
